Tech News: Sasha Grey to Voice Character in Saints Row the Third

While I’m used to hearing Sasha Grey saying nasty things to men and women of all shapes and sizes, it’s becoming quite apparent that Sasha has left the industry for good for realsies. It’s not like anyone was doubting her, but it was always kind of nice to have that glimmer of hope in the back of your mind.

Fortunately for the select few (who am I kidding, they could fill 5 Japans with all of us!) who go gaga for Sasha, she’s been quite the busy bee with her book, music video with Eminem and her band. Now, Sasha will be able to put “voice actor” on her long resume.

HQ and Volition, Inc. had announced some of the voice talent that’ll be adding character to its upcoming release of Saints Row the Third last week and our sultry little Sasha made the list!

“Leading the announcement is that pornstar-turned mainstream actress Sasha Grey has been cast as Sasha Grey (The Girlfriend Experience, Anal Cavity Search 6) as Viola DeWynter, co-mastermind of a financial empire. Grey was a critically acclaimed adult entertainment starlet before announcing in April that she’d turned her back on porn. I’m keen to her how she handles a video game role…plus it would be nice to hear her do something other than moaning and groaning. (Lazygamer.net)

Sasha’s voice will appear alongside retired wrestler Hulk Hogan, and Lost’s Daniel Dae Kim. Saints Row The Third will be released mid-November for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Windows PC.
