When I think pin-up girl, the first luscious lady that comes to mind is Bettie Page.  At the height of her career in 1955 she won the title of “Miss Pin-up Girl of the World,” and in the same year she was the centerfold in Playboy’s January issue.  

Playboy founder Hugh Hefner said of Bettie, "I think that she was a remarkable lady, an iconic figure in pop culture who influenced sexuality, taste in fashion, someone who had a tremendous impact on our society,"

Educated and ambitious, Bettie pursued an acting and modeling career down a twisty-turny road that ultimately lead to the infamous fetish films and nudey pics she’s best known for. Page appeared in silent featurettes  with scenarios of abduction, domination, and slave-training. Bondage, spanking, and elaborate leather costumes and restraints were included. Page alternated between playing a stern dominatrix and a helpless victim bound hand and foot. Bettie’s name is as synonymous with BDSM as it is with Pin-up girls.

Watching old clips of Bettie, what  I love most about her is her ease in front of the camera, her mischievous charm, and her alluring smile. Kinda reminds me of Brazzers babe, Veronica Avluv.
