Hungry Like The Wolf: “Strippers vs. Werewolves” Trailer

By Miles Holden on November 17, 2011

“When werewolf chief Jack Ferris is accidentally killed in a strip club the girls who work there have until the next full moon before his bloodthirsty wolfpack seek murderous retribution.” (IMDB)

Can you think of a better plot line for a movie? I can’t. Did I mention this is a movie about strippers and werewolves? It can’t get any better than that. Oh wait, it does: Duran Duran soundtrack, girls who kick ass, guy’s behaving badly, Robert Englund (Freddie Kruger)… I can barely find the words to express how much I want to see this movie.

Thankfully, I won’t have to wait long since it’s due to be released sometime this winter.

In the meantime, I can get my Robert Englund and stripper fix watching Zombie Strippers, again. If you haven’t seen that movie – to borrow a phrase from some movie critic somewhere – it’s a must see! I don’t understand why it doesn’t have a higher rating on IMDB. A 4.3 score is outrageous when you consider that it’s a movie about a strip club owned by Robert Englund featuring Jenna Jameson as the headline stripper. Did I mention the stripper turn into Zombies and the club owner decides to keep them?

Also, it was hilarious… with comedy gold such as:

Ian: “Tired of that same old lap dance? Well pull up an extra seat, young fellas, and experience Rino's exclusive face dance! One of our lovely ladies will sit on your face and give birth to your head!”

Lillith: “[after stripping for the first time as a zombie] Death is good.”

Jimmy: “Your hands are so cold. Whoa! That's interesting. Your tongue is so dry”.
Kat: “Then get it wet!”

Spoiler alert: she rips out his throat after that last line. Blood is wet after all. As if you didn’t see that one coming.

Ok, so this post ended up being more about Zombie Strippers than Strippers vs. Werewolves, but to be fair the latter hasn’t been released yet. As you can see, though, I’m a fan of the genre and have high hopes for Strippers vs. Werewolves. It’s going to be brilliant, I’m sure. Just watch the trailer, and if that doesn’t peak your interest, I don’t know what will. You’re probably made of stone or something…
